Some of the integration work I’ve done and the third party apps I’ve worked with.

SOAP

Integrated Salesforce with a 3rd party document management suite, and the Conga Merge document generation tool, to allow the B2B sales team to generate bespoke quotes directly from an Opportunity and haven them save straight to the management suite for storage and approval.

Talend ETL Tool

Integrated Salesforce with Active directory, allowing the synchronisation of user data between the two to support the implementation of Single Sign On for Salesforce.

Set up a link with a 3rd party Customer Service teams CRM to allow their data to be displayed in our Salesforce instance.

Rest API

Created buttons in a Salesforce to allow for the creation and pre-population of emails.

Set up a button to launch a Dataloader IO window, pre-signed in to allow users without the Marketing permission to mass load campaign data into Salesforce.
